　　1　誰可以申請畢業(yè)工簽?

　　To obtain a work permit after yourgraduation, you must meet the following requirements:

　　You must have continuously studied full time in Canada and you must have completed a program of study that lasted at least eight months.

　　In addition, you must have graduated from:

　　a public post-secondary institution, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec), or

　　a private post-secondary institution that operates under the same rules and regulations as public institutions, or

　　a private secondary or post-secondary institution (in Quebec) offering qualifying programs of 900 hours or longer leading to a dipl?me d’études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP), or

　　a Canadian private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees but only if you are enrolled in one of the programs of study leading to a degree as authorized by the province and not in all programs of study offered by the private institution.

　　簡單說，要想獲得畢業(yè)工簽就要滿足以下要求：

　　申請人在遞交畢業(yè)工簽時，必須持有有效學(xué)簽

　　申請人已經(jīng)在加拿大境內(nèi)完成至少8個月的學(xué)習(xí)項目

　　申請人在加拿大的學(xué)習(xí)期間，若非特殊原因，必須是連續(xù)全職的注冊的學(xué)生，且

　　申請人的就讀機(jī)構(gòu)和學(xué)習(xí)項目必須滿足以下要求：

　　- 公校專上(Post-secondary)學(xué)歷的學(xué)習(xí)項目

　　- 與公校同等機(jī)制運(yùn)營的私校的學(xué)習(xí)項目

　　- 各省省政府批準(zhǔn)可以頒發(fā)學(xué)位的私校學(xué)位項目

　　2  什么時候遞交申請?

　　You must apply for a work permit within 90 days of receiving written confirmation(for example, a tran or an official letter) from your institution indicating that you have met the requirements for completing your academic program.

　　You must have completed and passed the program of study and received a notification that you are eligible to obtain your degree, diploma or certificate.

　　You must have a valid study permit when you apply for the work permit.

　　畢業(yè)工簽的申請必須在畢業(yè)的90天之內(nèi)遞交

　　90天從畢業(yè)信或成績單上Degree Granted/Program Completion的日期算起

　　畢業(yè)工簽可以延簽嗎?

　　不能，畢業(yè)工簽一輩子只能拿一次;如果需要延簽，可根據(jù)情況申請如普通工簽，橋接工簽(Bridge Open Wokr Permit)，配偶工簽(Spousal Open Work Permit)等其他類別的工作簽證。例如，畢業(yè)后申請了畢業(yè)工簽，三年之后又開始讀書，那么在第二次學(xué)校畢業(yè)之后， 是無法再申請畢業(yè)工簽的。

　　申請畢業(yè)工簽的時候必須持有有效學(xué)簽，如學(xué)簽在畢業(yè)之前過期，那么就要提前申請橋接學(xué)簽(Briding Study Permit)。

　　3 畢業(yè)工簽可以拿多久?

　　Impact of length of the studies in Canada and the length of the work permit

　　A Post-Graduation Work Permit cannot be valid longer than the length of your studies in Canada.

　　If the official length of your program of study is:

　　? Less than eight months,

　　you are not eligible for this program

　　? Less than two years but more than eight months,

　　you may get a work permit for a period no longer than the length of your program of study (for example, if you studied for nine months, a work permit may be issued for a period of nine months)

　　? Two years or more,

　　a work permit may be issued for three years

　　畢業(yè)工簽長度根據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)項目而定：

　　學(xué)習(xí)時長小于兩年，大于八個月，工簽時間長度=學(xué)習(xí)月份長度

　　學(xué)習(xí)時長大于2年，可以拿到3年的畢業(yè)工簽

　　注意：2年的學(xué)習(xí)時長指的是:

　　2 Academic Year = 4 Academic Semesters = 16 months

　　4 等待畢業(yè)工簽期間可以工作嗎?

　　Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002-227)

　　186 A foreign national may work in Canada without a work permit

　　(w) if they are or were the holder of a study permit who has completed their program of study and

　　(i) they met the requirements set out in paragraph (v), and

　　(ii) they applied for a work permit before the expiry of that study permit and a decision has not yet been made in respect of their application.

　　遞交畢業(yè)工簽后,在等待結(jié)果的時間內(nèi),是可以全職工作的。并且， 從提交畢業(yè)工簽到拿到畢業(yè)工簽之間的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

　　若符合一定要求，可以用以加速快速通道和省提名計劃的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累。

　　這一點(diǎn)上，同學(xué)們千萬不要以為要拿到工簽才能工作，那么很多時間就白白浪費(fèi)了時間。

　　5 等待期間是否可以出境?

　　I’m waiting for my post-graduation work permit. Can I travel outside Canada and come back with my student visa?

　　Yes, you can leave Canada and return, as long as your visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is still valid.

　　If your visa or eTA is expired, you will have to apply for and receive a new one before you leave.

　　When you return to Canada:

　　You may enter as student if your study permit is still valid.

　　If we approved your post-graduation work permit while you were away, you may enter as a worker.

　　If we are still processing your post-graduation work permit, you may enter as a visitor. You can’t work until you get your post-graduation work permit.The officer at the port of entry may ask you to prove you have enough money to support yourself in Canada.

　　You have the option to re- apply for a new work permit, and pay the fees, at the port of entry if you meet all other applicable entry requirements. Once you are in Canada, you can use this web form to withdraw your previous application.

　　A border officer will have some questions for you when you arrive back in Canada. If the officer believes there is reason to refuse your re-entry, you will not be able to re-enter Canada.

　　The officer at the port of entry may ask you for a copy of your extension application, the fee payment receipt, and any other document to prove you applied for an extension.

　　可以的。但是需要符合以下條件：

　　你在返回加拿大時持有有效Visa或者eTA;

　　如果你入境時有有效學(xué)簽，就以學(xué)生身份入境;如果你入境時，你的畢業(yè)工簽已經(jīng)獲批，你可以以Worker的身份入境;如果入境時，你的畢業(yè)工簽還沒辦理好，你還可以以Visitor身份入境;

　　你也可以入境時，直接在邊境申請畢業(yè)工簽。獲得工簽后，你可以在入境后把之前Online遞交的申請Withdraw

　　注意，以上的前提是：你已經(jīng)遞交畢業(yè)工簽的申請，且可以到達(dá)加拿大邊境接受審核。
